Nice- Pak are a Top Employer

Nice-Pak has been certified as a Top Employer, which showcases an organisation’s dedication to a better world of work and exhibits this through excellent HR policies and people practices.

“It demonstrates our ongoing commitment to the development and wellbeing of our employees. We remain focussed on creating an engaging and inclusive workplace.
Employing more than 700 people across operations in Flint, Wigan and Osterweddingen, Germany. The company boasts an above industry-average tenure among employees, with 50 per cent of workers having more than 10 years’ service. The UK average tenure of service is over 10 years and at the original Flint site almost 15 years.
